We are happy to have a free one hour initial consultation with you by phone or Zoom to listen to the legal issues presented and determine whether we are a good fit to work together with no legal advice. Legal advice can only be given after a Limited Scope Engagement Agreement has been signed.

Complete a short interview designed to gather all of the necessary details to advise you create your specific documents

Basic Will Plan

When you know you want a Last Will and Testament and documents to handle your financial and medical decisions, click here to complete the Registration Process for a "Basic Will Plan" which includes:

A basic Last Will and Testament
A Durable Power of Attorney (statutory and additional financial powers)
A Health Care Surrogate Designation (aka Medical Power of Attorney)
A Living Will

Living Trust Plan

When you think you'd like a Revocable Living Trust and documents to handle your financial and medical decisions, click here to complete the Registration Process for a "Living Trust Plan" which includes:

A "Pour-Over" Last Will
A simple Revocable Living Trust
A Durable Power of Attorney (statutory and additional financial powers)
